About Us

DRAVIDIAN UNIVERSITY

Dravidian University, the brainchild of the late Padma Shri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, legendary film artist, humanist, and visionary, was established in 1997 with the aim of promoting Dravidian languages, history, and culture.

The University is located at Kuppam, a confluence of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. It serves higher education through teaching and research in languages, folklore, archaeology, philosophy, technology and sciences. Read More...
